Refunds and Returns Policy

At e-Step Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines your options.

1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your e-step arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing enquiries@e-step.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Warranty Claims
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us for warranty assistance.

4. Return Conditions
Approved returns must be:

  • In original condition and packaging (where applicable)

  • Returned within 14 days of approval

  • Shipped to the address provided in our return instructions (return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty)
